Hi Ray,
I was able to install HFA_03 into the P-1 box after rebooting the box about 3
times
without changing anything. The software is definitely buggy.

If it does not cd to /opt/CPshared and create the link by this command:
ln -s /opt/CPsuite-R60/svn 5.0"
It's a fix for IPSO, but the error message is nearly identical.
