Check Your routes make sure that the default gateway
is correct.
In your logs look to see what interface the anti
spoofing is actually happening on.
is it actually going through and coming back and then
being dropped
check with this
fw monitor -e "accept ((src= your-ip and
dst=ftp-server) or (dst= your ip and
src=ftp-server));"
