Hello Trevor,
R61 comes with the new products' features (UTM and Power), but if you are
upgrading a previously purchased product which do not have such features
(which most likely is your case), it makes more sense moving to R60 with the
latest HFA (03 or 04, if in fact it is already available).
Take in count R61 was based on R60 HFA02 and no HFA has been released for
it, therefore I would consider it in some way an older release.
