  There is no need for name calling here.  Programmers from 3rd world
countries such
  as Vietnam, India and China, IMHO, are excellent programmers.  I also
find that the
  programmers from 3rd world countries are very hard working people.
For paying
  them a few dollars a day, may be you should take that complaints to
corporate
  america for doing this.
   
  Hiring programmers from 3rd world countries has nothing with the QA
process.
