Hello Checkpoint Gurus,
Please do not skip this letter because I really need your help with
checkpoint SNMP monitoring. The documentation provided by checkpoint
"CheckPoint_SNMP_CheckPoint_Products_MIB.pdf " is not explanatory enough
to understand which variables can be used to get the information needed.
In particular I'm interested in getting the following data and assume
that corresponding variables can give it to me:
OS performance and health parameters like:
- CPU usage - didn't find one :(
- Free memory -
fwKmem-available-physical-mem(1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.1.26.2.2)
Overall accepted traffic statistics for particular interface:
- Bytes received - fwAcceptBytesIn(1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.1.25.5.1.7)
- Bytes sent - fwAcceptBytesOut(1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.1.25.5.1.8)
VPN Statistics:
- Number of currently active Site to Site tunnels(to any device such as
cisco pix, etc.) - didn't fine one
- Number of currently active Remote user VPN tunnels - didn't fine one
- Traffic statistics for each VPN tunnel(bytes send/received through
particular tunnel) - didn't fine one
- Overall VPN traffic statistics encrypted/decrypted -
cpvIpsecEspEncBytes(1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.2.5.4.19)/
cpvIpsecEspDecBytes(1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.2.5.4.20)
Please confirm my assumption or correct me if I wrongly understood the
docs.
