The guidbedit command is included with the SmartConsole installation by default.
Look in the PROGRAM directory of the directory where your SmartConsole is
installed. (Typically C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\<version#>)
You should find a file named "guidbedit.exe"
