Good afternoon,
At some point I came across the new method that NGX uses for counting
Users with Secure Client but have lost track of the doc. Can somebosy
out there either tell me how it does it's count or point me at the doc
that explains this for NGX.
We are constantly seeing "Policy server is at 90% of limit or has been
exceeded" It does not still seem to be bouncing users when it believes
to be exceeded but tons of messages are appearing in the logs. A little
background is that we use Openldap for our database. We have a 500 user
license for Secure Client and a 5000 user license for Secure Remote. All
gateways are running NGX HFA2 through 4 on RHEL 3.0. I had thought it
had something to do with average connections in a month or something
along those lines. Any help would be appreciated as always.
Thanks
