SmartConsole.
It is active now after reinstall.

There is in fact a license for Smart Update but that is just to enable its
capabilities of delivering software upgrades. The basic function of
distributing licenses is available on ANY Check Point installation no
matter
if it is UTM or Power
My guess is that most likely your SmartConsole installation does not
currently have Smart Udate included. The reason I think that is just
because
no matter if you don't have licenses for particular products, still you can
install all the graphical tools included on SmartConsole and open them even
if later a licensing message will come up.
So try installing SmartConsole again (or on another machine) and reaching
the point where it shows all the tools (Smart Dashboard, SVMonitor,
SmartUpdate, etc.), make sure you have selected all the ones you need.
