I'm not fully informed about R62, but R61 was based on R60 HFA02, and the
new R61 HFA01 is supposed to have the same patch level as R60 HFA04.

Bare in mind R61 and R62 were released focused on the new UTM and Power
product licenses, but also supporting the old Express and Pro licenses. If
you have a estable installation, old Express/Pro licenses and are not
thinking to get a functionality upgrade to migrate to UTM/Power, I would say
stay on R60. Unless the new feature in R62 of having different Smart Defense
profiles for different security gateway is a plus for you.

Just a personal opinion in case you find it useful.

I'm wrestling with this myself and one consideration would be that HFA01
is
available for R61. Both R61 and R62 have all of the fixes included in R60
HFA04, so the question is whether any of the additional fixes in R61 HFA01
could be applicable to your configuration.

Another one might be if you're passing VoIP SIP traffic. The R60 VoIP
hotfixes are not available for either R61 or R62 yet.
