Just another idea... even if the Dashboard or any other GUI tool does not
work, you can always transfer the necessary license file to the Smartcenter
machine and add it via cpconfig.
It is clear there is some sort of bug that causes the problem with the
license when loading the config to Red Hat, but if you can get around it
getting the license in place in some other manner, and everything else works
ok, I don't see why it would be a major issue.

center ?
2. connecting with smartupdate to the smart center works ? if yes,
attach the license and try again with smart dashboard.
