Hi
The Following Problem: some time ago my Logfile stopped switching
correctly. Checkpoint says that maybe the Time Object can become
corrupt, so i Build up the logswitch new, from The scratch.
Therefore i Created a Scheduled event (every Midnight).
On my Management, In the 'Logs and Masters' Section, ich Checked
"Scheduled Logswitch" and assigned my Midnight Object. Thats all.
Well, viewing the Logs, I saw that nothing happened. At midnight, I'm
receiving an Log entry that states "Logfile switched to ..." But this is
not true, because one second later there's the next Log entry, in the
same logfile. (So it had NOT switched, but claims to have done so) :(
Where can i start to debug? Has Logswitching anything to do with the crond?
I'm running an VPN-1 R61_HFA01 with SecurePlattform.
Any idea what else to try?
