Hi,
We are implementing Provider-1 in our organization.
Our Provider-1 MDS+Container server is with NGX R61 HFA01.
We are able to migrate the SmartCenter database to CMA successfully but
we have issues in assigning Global Policy.
When we assign the global policy, we cannot install the policy using CMA
GUI. We are getting the error message "The Converter failed to convert
the CMA". We cannot install the policy again even after unassigning the
Global policy. We need to recreate the CMA.
Can someone help us in resolving this issue?
