I am having a similar issue with migrating the global policies from NG Feature
Pack 3
Provider-1 to NGx R60 with HFA_04 Provider-1. The migrate_global_policies
works but
when I tried to assign it to a CMA, it failed. I opened a TAC case with CP
and they told
me, guess it, upgrade (bastard). They didn't even try to help me. The issue
went away
in NGx R61 w/ hfa_01. I am interested in your problem too so that I know
what to expect
when I rollout P-1 NGx R61. Please contact me off-line at cisco4ng at yahoo

We are able to migrate the SmartCenter database to CMA successfully but
we have issues in assigning Global Policy.
When we assign the global policy, we cannot install the policy using CMA
GUI. We are getting the error message "The Converter failed to convert
the CMA". We cannot install the policy again even after unassigning the
Global policy. We need to recreate the CMA.
Can someone help us in resolving this issue?
