What pkc_mls is trying to tell you is that the support is NOT free. My
company, on
average, pays about $1500 per checkpoint TAC case. Heck, that is like five
times
more than the cost of an escort service. At least with an escort service,
you're guarantee of
the outcome. With Checkpoint TAC, it is a crapshoot.
Enough of my joke. Contact Checkpoint and they will build an image for you.

checkpoint can put an iso on their ftp site, but it's not free.
It will cost your partner the price of a checkpoint call.
regarding the latest version, checkpoint gives sometimes infos, but
never up to date.
check this link :

and you won't find the 121 or 124.
if you ask your partner to open a call to get the latest iso, you'll
have the 124 or another one, more recent.
