Are you using snapshot  ???
Did you deleted the logs and possible old backups ???

If i remember, the medium size of the backup is less than 700 MB ( if you're
using cp snapshot).

Hi all,

I created a backup on ng ai r55, but as the generated file is larger
than 2Gbs, I really have some difficulties to
use the revert command from this.

As the backup contains also the whole cdrom image (shame on me), I tried
to reduce the size.

after having reduced the archive size, the revert command worked fine,
but I only have a "GRUB" prompt when I boot.

hopefully, I tried on a vmware, so nothing was broken.

Has anyone ever tried to work with big backups on ng R55, or on latest
versions ?

thanks
