Hi Tauseef,
IPSO 3.8 requires a special version of FW-1 called R55P, which has its own
HFAs. The regular HFAs won't work.
The latest HFA for R55P is HFA05:

R55P and R55W are usually behind the regular R55 version. You might want to
plan on getting off of it. The R55 series goes unsupported in June 2008
while IPSO 3.8 goes unsupported on December 7, 2007. IPSO 3.8.1 goes end of
life on June 17, 2008.
