QoS is a technology to slow down packets, secureXL (or flows) is a
technology to accellerate packets. so you have to decide what you want :-)
we use QoS on nokia and it works fine - if you don't need too much
speed it's no problem.
if you need really fast links have a look at hardware packet-shaper
like http://www.packeteer.com/
