I don't know if it's possible.. Personnaly, this title bar (not even a useful
toolbar, which would/could be great) is annoying me, because it takes a big %
of my screen for nothing !
I notified Check Point of this unuseful bar via Request for Enhancements page:

Does anyone know how to disable the large blue title bar seen on the R65
Smart GUI tools?
It consumes quite a bit of screen real estate and policies are forced
lower down the screen.
