Right. Sounds like a great way to get everyone back to work.
The outbound ports necessary are opened, I've confirmed
that our Blue Coat Appliance is not in the way, and Smart Defense does
not appear to be the culprit. Just wondering if anyone else has notices
these issues over the past few days. We are running R62 on Linux for
Smart Center and R60 HFA3 currently for our main firewall cluster with
which the sites behind are having the issue.
Well. I would track the traffic with tcpdump to start with to see if a
pattern emerges. Then perhaps a trace withing the firewall might tell
more.

I use computers with Linux and say "Why Windows?"
(Thanks JFK, for the insight.)
