hi,

you should check that with the company (reseller) where you bought the licenses. maybe they just sold you an upgrade from the old-NG-license to the new license?

or maybe they put the new lics into a new usercenter-account?

Hi there,

My customer bought three enforcement licenses and one SmartCenter license (under NG AI) around 3 years ago. My customer and myself are still able to check the existing licenses in the UserCenter until recently. We bought three more new licenses and one SmartDefense subscriptions certificate and add it into the UserCenter. Until now, only those three new licenses are still available but the previous licenses are gone!.

In fact, we still use the previous licenses in our current firewall and we might going for NGX version soon. As I understood, it requires the existing licenses (NG) to be upgraded to NGX version.

How do we get back the previous licenses in our UserCenter? What happen to those licenses actually?

Thanks very much.
