Hello,

I have a customer with multiple laptops running Secure Client R56 build 615
and usually getting connected via VPN to an NG R55 firewall offering Office
Mode to all of them.

The issue is that some times when those machines are placed to the internal
network of the company (behind the R55 firewall) the users start having
problems to get DNS resolutions for internal domains, while they have no
problem getting resolutions for external domains.

The only solution they have found is selecting the option to "Stop VPN-1
SecureClient" and everything starts working fine.

While in the internal network, the machines get their IP configuration
entered manually and 2 local DNS servers are used.

The issue occurred also with older versions of the client and at some point
it stopped happening but a few days ago it reappeared and no configuration
changes have been done with the exception of updating the SmartDefense
signatures, which I don't see how could be related with this situation.

Any help will be very appreciated.

Regards
