[FW-1] Perl module for parsing CPinfo output

I've been using Perl over the last few years to parse the output of
cpinfo, primarily for security readiness assessments I've done.  I finally
decided to merge those scripts into a Perl module and release it under the
GPL.

You can download the module, Parse::CPinfo, from your nearest CPAN mirror
at http://search.cpan.org/~mmlange/Parse-CPinfo/
