[FW-1] Splat dual core vs quad core choice.

Hi
Which processor would be best utilised by SecurePlatform, a dual core or
quad core? (same cost)
I would think that the dual core below would be quicker due to the
faster bus speed.

Thoughts?

Dual Core       Intel Xeon 5140,        4MB Cache,      2.33GHz,
1333MHz   FSB
QUAD CORE       Intel Xeon E5320,       2x4MB Cache,    1.86GHz,
1066MHZ  FSB
