Hello,
I have this issue were even when Eventia Reporter opens fine, the list of
predefined reports is blank, if I open the GUI in demo mode I do see the
reports, so it is for sure some issue with the Eventia Reporter server
itself.
I have seen this in the past, at least 3 times in the last year, but have
never found a solution other than removing and reinstalling Eventia Reporter
on the server, but right now I have an R65 SPLAT installation and is giving
me extra problems, in the past I have uninstalled Eventia Reporter with the
following command:
rpm -e CPrt_unify-R60-00
Changing the R60 portion of it for R61 worked one time, but with R65 it is
not working.
So, does anybody know either how to resolved the "missing predefined
reports" issue or the correct command to remove the Reporter?
