I don't think you can terminate a DS-3 directly to a splat box. you will need
router for
that.

networking options requires a DS-3 connection, which I'm not very
familiar with.
Is there a PCI-X card for DS-3 connections? If so is there one that
is compatible with SPLAT on an HP DL360 (or like server)?
Or do l need an intermediary device/router to run it through before
reaching the firewall?
