I don't even have the option to enter
SMB info when setting up the scan, I went straight from install to setup
up first scan and I only have a few fields available.

those credentials are normally stored in the scan nessusrc.
I would go and look in there and see if they are there. should be in your
..nessus directory for that particular scan.
