It seems you broke your nessus server installation. Did you do a "rm -rf serverpath/lib/nessus/plugins/." ? I think so.
The .nes plugins are stored inside this directory but are not in the plugin feed (they are included in the nessus binary package).

Like mutiple scripts depend on find_service.nes you need to reinstall your nessus server to fix that.
