Can someone advise on how to use the grepable output of nmap with nessus:

I have tried it according the doc on the nessus web site (using nmap with nessus) but it does not seem to function: the file, that I uploaded, has been ignored from the server.

Have you enabled the nmap plugin in the client? Do you see anything in your nessusd.messages regarding nmap.nasl? [You may need to ensure that "log_whole_attack" is set to "yes" in nessusd.conf and nessusd restarted.]
