I believe though that the SQL output (-S) is only for the -p and -P options to obtain the list of plugins, and to obtain the list of server and plugin prefs.

The output switch (-T) only supports nbe, nsr, html, xml and txt.

NessusWX allows you to export to MySQL, but its limited and doesnt include things like plugin output.

Another option is nessQuick from http://www.atriskonline.com/ .  I've used that before and it works ok.

Or just write your own.

try using the command line nessus client. One of the options is to output in sql format.

Where can I find information on converting these file formats to SQL so I can get the data I specifically want to analyze into my SQL database?

Thanks
