I'm interested in this as well. I'm using the Windows version, on the 
command line, which is callable by the "nessuscmd" command. It puts the 
reports in c:\documents_and_settings\(loginname)\Tenable\Nessus\Reports 
by default. I'd like to change that, but there's no option for it in 
Nessus\config\config.default.xml
The "about" page of the gui version of Nessus says that I'm running 
"Nessus 3.0.5 Build W312".
Any ideas?
