Greetings, I'm new to the list. I'm working with vendor and have a Netscreen 25 installed. They are unavailable (at a conference.) I have a red alarm glowing on the box and my internet connection is very slow since the install. Any help would be appreciated. (I'm checking duplexing but can't find anything mismatched.)
