  The 32-bit memory subsystem would make that more interesting that 
usual.  I'll bet it's soldered.

  What the heck is Juniper doing with their web site?  Did they 
switch to ISDN over the weekend?  Geez.  I'm running around 3kB/s.
  At any rate, I wonder why it has a noisy fan.  The IXP425 in the 
5GT runs quite cool.  I checked -- I took one apart, after doing the 
same thing to my 5XT that I did to my SSG550 because it got so hot.  
Does it have an internal AC PS?  I'd expect something more on the 
order of a mildly irritated bee, or perhaps an angry fly.
