Thread-topic: [nn] OSPF problems SSG550 5.4.0r2.0
I've seen problems with VPNs on the device with this version of the O/S.
Juniper recommended a downgrade to an earlier version of the O/S which cured those problems.
Maybe worth a shot?

Subject: [nn] OSPF problems SSG550 5.4.0r2.0

Hi all,
First post so be gentle! :-) I have been having a real problem with a new SSG550 (5.4.0r2.0)  I have deployed, I have it connected to a Cisco routed network, the routed network is an OSPF stub and is quite happy routing in-between its nodes. When I add the SSG550 to the OSPF area it works great for a little while until I pass a bit of traffic across it then the OSPF neighbour dies and I cant even ping the directly connected router! I need to reset the firewall to re-establish connectivity. It is currently working again after I disabled OSPF on the firewall and added a load of static routes to get the traffic going the right way again!  Clearly this isn't ideal, I cant find any known bugs about this have any of you seen something similar before?

Many thanks

Dan

P.S. if someone could just reply to this so I know this worked that would ge great!
