Hi,

I tried setup L2TP with IPSec using Windows Native VPN and netscreen but I just get sturt with the error message below:

IKE<219.95.217.50> Phase 2 msg ID <df4f4fb4>: Negotiations have failed.
Rejected an IKE packet on ethernet3 from 222.22.222.22:4500 to 111.111.11.111:4500 with cookies 8d77446813f729a0 and 40c68358a0fdb197 because the peer did not send a proxy ID.
IKE< 219.95.217.50> Phase 2 msg ID <df4f4fb4>: Responded to the peer's first message.

What is the meaning of "the peer did not send a proxy ID"? How do I overcome this?
