For LDAP admin a great PHP web tool is Phpldapadmin
( http://phpldapadmin.sourceforge.net/ ). The treeview is a bit slow
when it has a lot of children, but it's easy to use and good to perform
searches, copy and attribute changes.

For Qmail administration there is some webmin modules, but no one web
interface I saw is good enough so I recommend you to manage Qmail
configuration directly on shell.
