Felipe:

I am running this exact configuration. I modify the schema slightly to 
switch qmailUID and qmailGID to match the more traditional uidNumber and 
gidNumber. For system users, they get the real ID. For virtual users, 
they get the virtual system ID that holds the mailboxes.

I'd be happy to share configs offlist regarding this setup.
