databyes controls how large a message can be before it is rejected by
qmail-smtpd. It is rejected before it gets into your mailqueue. The purpose
of databyes ist to protect your system from messages larger than you can
handle, even before they use up diskspace.

The host that tries to deliver the mail to you will generate the bounce
instead.
