Dearest,

I wish to write you this  proposal and ask your help
,this however is not mandatory nor will I in
any manner compel you to honour against your will.

I am VALILI ZUMAand the only DAUGHTER of my
late father Mr Phillip  ZUMA. My father was a highly
reputable busnness magnet-(a cocoa merchant)who
operated in the capital of Ivory coast during his
days.

It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously in
France during one of his business trips abroad year
12th.Febuary 2003.Though his sudden death was linked
or rather suspected to have been masterminded by an
uncle of his who travelled with him at that time.
But God knows the truth!


Before his death 
on Febuary 12 2003 he called the secretary who
accompanied him to the hospital and told him that he
has the sum of seven million,five hundred thousand
United State Dollars.(USD$7.500,000) left in fixed
deposit account in one of the leading banks in
Africa.


My father further told me that he deposited the
money in his
name,and finally issued a written agreement bound with
this bank which he said will recognise his DAUGHTER in
Claiming ownership and possession of all the
necessary but legal documents to this fund and the
bank.


I really don't know what to do.Now I want an account
overseas where I can transfer this funds due to

my late father deposited this money in a fix/ suspence

account for onward transferi will tell you that 
because this  I have suffered a lot of set backs as a
result
of incessant political crisis here in Ivory
coast and The death of my father actually brought sorrow

 to my life.

Sir,I am in a sincere desire of your humble
assistance
in this regards.Your suggestions and ideas will be
highly regarded.As i will offer you  10%  for your effort

and  3% for any expence you might encounter in the transfering

of my late father's money into your nominated accountas the

bank director asured me that as soon as i come up with my

foreign partner that he will not hesitate to commence the

transfer.  

Now permit me to ask these few questions:-
1. Can you honestly help me as your own daughter?

2. Can I completely trust you? 
3.can you provide a bank account in which this money  would be transferred into?

4. To serve as a guardian of this fund since I am  only 22 years old? 

5. To make arrangement for me to come over to your  country to  further my education while you manage the money in any lucrative besiness you  know that can yield profit till i graduateD?

Please,Consider this and get back to me as soon as
possible.
