Without looking at the source, I think that quota_size of maildir++.c is
defined a unsigned long, thus limited to 4294967295.
But there might be more problems with such large Maildirs, at least in
courier-imap-3.0.5 i had problems with Maildirs > 2G that where fixed in
-3.0.8.
