Thanks for replying my email, Sebastian. So that's what the
QLDAPINSTALL means by setting the LDAPFLAGS in Makefile. I thought
qmail-ldap patch only prepare the environment for me and I still have
to patch it again. Now I can be sure that qmail-ldap.patch has included
the patches I need. Thank you forum-guys.

if you compiled qmail-ldap with the -DEXTERNAL_TODO option, it includes
the same functionality as the patch you are trying to apply.
