Hi everybody,
Is it possible to set variables to certain users?
We have MAXRCPTCOUNT set to our internal IP range, but
there are some valid requests to allow certain users to have a
greater number for this variable.
I checked around and it doesn't seem to be possible, if
I understood it correctly, tcpserver sets the variables right on
connection time and the SMTP authentication will appear after
that, considering that, maybe I'm doing the wrong question or
trying to solve it in the wrong way.
The idea is to basically allow UserX and UserY to have a
different MAXRCPTCOUNT, since I'm using SMTPAUTH I was imagining
that could be possible to do some actions after user
authentication, althought I'm not sure if this is the best
approach, perhaps a LDAP field or something similar.
Ideas? :)
Kind regards,
