Please show us

 - the mail (including headers) on the receiving end
 - the mail (including headers) on the senders side (from the sent-mail
   folder or equivalent)
 - the lines in your qmail/qmail-smtpd logfile relevant to the transport of
   this mail

and please tell us 

 - the name and version of the MUA on the sending and receiving site.

You give far too little information to diagnose your problem. From what you
tell us, this could easily be a configuration problem of the sending MUA.
