This is the header of the email:
1. scenario 1 : email sent using thunderbird from sato.br@domain2.co.id to tom.nag@domain.co.id.
    This is the header of the email that tom receive  via  evolution. It's true.

Delivered-To: tom.nag@domain.co.id

2. scenario 2: email sent using squirrel mail (login with uid=sato;
sato's mail attribute in ldap server is sato.br@domain2.co.id)
This is the header of the email that tom receive via evolution.

Return-Path: <sato@domain2.co.id>

Delivered-To: tom.nag@domain.co.id

It is wrong. The return path should be sato.br@domain2.co.id.

I follow the instruction to install courier-imap-3.* from
http://www.qmail-ldap.org/wiki/Full_Installation_Guide_-_IMAP_Server.
I've configured the ./config.pl of squirrel mail so I can send email to
anywhere, but squirrel (or qmail-ldap?) sends it with the wrong sender
mail address. That's it. Thank you for your help.

Please show us

- the mail (including headers) on the receiving end
- the mail (including headers) on the senders side (from the sent-mail
   folder or equivalent)
- the lines in your qmail/qmail-smtpd logfile relevant to the transport of
   this mail

and please tell us

- the name and version of the MUA on the sending and receiving site.

You give far too little information to diagnose your problem. From what you
tell us, this could easily be a configuration problem of the sending MUA.
