Problem with phpqladmin

Hi guys,

First I'm not sure if this was the right m-list I should contact, but I
don't have another choice. I've submited to phpqladmin m-list but still haven't got no reponds. 

I've installed (un-tar-ed) phpqladmin-2.2.7 and configure include/config.inc
  
  pql_set_define("PQL_CONF_HOST","172.168.0.10;389;dc=domainku,dc=com");
  pql_set_define("PQL_CONF_USE_TLS", false);
  pql_set_define("PQL_CONF_SUBTREE_USERS", "ou=Users");
  pql_set_define("PQL_CONF_SUBTREE_GROUPS", "ou=Groups");
  pql_set_define("PQL_CONF_EZMLM_USER","vmail");

I didn't change anything in /etc/ldap.conf or /etc/openldap/ldap.conf
and I didn't use qmail-ldap/control patch. With the previous
configuration, I could login into phpqladmin via browser with user in
ldap server, but I couldn't access the menu "Advanced mode". What I
wanted to do was to get a way to manage or create mailing-list via
phpqladmin (I've installed ezmlm). 

Is there anyone who can give me a hint or share some information
regarding phpqladmin-2.2.7 installation? Any help would be appreciated.
