Source mailaddress routing

Hello,

        My company wants to sent mail from a different people by a different
way (from different ip address and to a different route). It's mean that I
must to use 3 mail servers and set up different account's settings for
different people in one, big company. :(

IMHO it's not good solution.

I need one mail server which sends mail from user1@domain1 over route ip1,
and from user2@domain2 over route ip2...

Do you know how can I do it?
