How can we understand the problem reading your mail? Sorry for
the rudeness, but we can do nothing for you.
Your question sounds like: "This morning the bus is late, why?"
You can understand that it lacks the minimum data.

Did you check logs? They contain all information you need to
solve the problem by yourself, or at least to send us for a
response.
