Your question isn't clear.  If an IMAP client marks a message for deletion,
surely the IMAP server software then deletes the message from the mailstore?
And as qmail does not include an IMAP server, your question therefore seems
misguided here...

If you still think you've got a qmail question, please explain.  You may find
that reading the "12 steps ..." document linked below in my signature helps
you compose a question that is meaningful to us.
