There is a way.  Take the domain out of control/locals or
control/virtualdomains.  Add a virtual *user* (not domain) entry in
control/virtualdomains for each user you want handled locally.  Optionally add
an entry to control/smtproutes to handle sending "everything else" to the
other server, if DNS doesn't already contain the right routing info.
