I intentionally cite only something about the solution.
My first sentence ("Did you read qmail manpages?") is an indirect way to say
"this is a common topic, it was discussed many times before, it's nothing that
you cannot understand just reading docs before using a software", RTFM in other
words.

I know Xmas is coming and we should be good, but I think that this list should
not be used as a replacement for man.
You're right, I didn't answer. I sent a hint, hoping that he'll search manpages
and list archive using "smtproutes" as keyword, and become more independent.

This is not intended to be a flame, I appreciate your contribute to this list,
I replied just to explain my previous mail. I'm not in a good mood today :)
