seconded.  queue-repair is *great*

However, I also recommend that you still do start with a clean queue.
Move your existing queue to another instance of qmail (change conf-qmail
in your source tree and re-install... don't forget to change it back!),
repair it there, and fire off an instance of qmail-send on it.

queue-repair is awesome, but there are just some things it cannot fix.
I prefer to have my queue in a clean state :)
